
Several different types of rooms can be built that can increase the SPECIAL stats of Dwellers, including the Weight Room, Athletics Room, Armory, Classroom, Fitness Room, Lounge and Game Room. The more concrete answer awaits you in the Build menu, but it’s going to take some time before you can take advantage of it. One is to send use Outfits to boost the stats - you can find them randomly in Lunchboxes or get them as loot when you send Dwellers into the Wasteland to explore. So what gives?
